SESCO®, Supermarket Environment Services Co. and TRS, Thermal Resource Sales, Inc. also doing business as McNamara & Co., are HVAC sales and C.E.M. services companies with headquarters in Kernersville, North Carolina. SESCO® is a national accounts company providing HVAC equipment and systems sales and services to supermarket and restaurant customers in North America. TRS is an exclusive manufacturer’s representative agency specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC equipment sales in the states of North and South Carolina.

McNamara & Co. began operations in 1996 serving the HVAC equipment and systems sales and Certified Energy Management services needs of national and regional accounts customers in the supermarket and restaurant industries. Success in the supermarket industry created customer demand for involvement of the Company in commercial and industrial HVAC sales to the general construction markets of North and South Carolina. McNamara & Co. divided its customer base and incorporated TRS and SESCO® in 1999 to separately address and focus on the distinctly different needs of customers. Each company now operates independently with specialized resources dedicated to their particular customers and respective markets.
