SESCO® has cultivated a strong national following by integrating HVAC systems design and equipment sales with certified energy management (C.E.M.), test & balance, and start-up services. Mechanical Criteria Design Engineering Services

Mechanical Criteria Design Services span a broad range of engineering services and solutions that provide energy management through the SESCO® Design and control system. SESCO® provides complete system equipment and hardware including the logic and sequencing of the Energy Management System and required panels. SESCO® provides criteria for HVAC design with “leading edge” mechanical equipment and technology; designs coordinated with control strategies that consider impact on other systems within the conditioned space. The SESCO® Program provides effective and efficient designs with clean engineering documentation and support procedures.

HVAC System Commissioning

The goal of commissioning is to ensure installed systems operate as designed and consume no more energy than expected. Commissioning can be comprehensive and include several services or customized a la carte to meet customer particular needs. Commissioning services range from construction coordination, and system/component inspections to TAB, point-to-point energy management system checkout and even start-up and trim services.

HVAC Existing System Re-commissioning

The goal of re-commissioning is to evaluate design, operation and performance of the HVAC and energy management systems. Once evaluation and performance checks have been analyzed, a comprehensive engineered strategy will be presented to the owner along with cost analysis of upgrades and estimates for energy paybacks.

Test and Balance Services

Professional licensed teams provide air balance on site with proper equipment, methods, procedural documentation, and reports. Follow up visits for verification of system performance and contractor compliance issues are available.

Start-up and Check Out Services

System check and start-up services are provided to ensure equipment and systems operate as selected and designed (i.e. check refrigerant installation of DX systems and trim adjustments as required).

Maintenance Team Training

Provide development of standardized procedures and central training for service teams.

C.E.M. Services

Coordinate between system/equipment designs and utility related programs with capability to analyze and report energy related issues. Experienced with advanced motor technology, variable frequency drive applications, sound abatement/noise control, gas-fired cooling technology, thermal storage systems, chill water/glycol systems, centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating chillers for both air and water cooled applications, water treatment of open condenser systems, and DDC controls including Bacnet and Lonworks
