Ventrol Air Handling Unit

Standard Construction:

• 14-gauge structural members integrated in every wall provide a framed construction that allows low leakage rates and minimal panel deflection.
• Welded structural steel base construction with full, walk-on galvanized steel floors in all sections.
• 2- or 4-inch double wall, 16-gauge, galvanized steel, mechanically fastened casing construction with smooth exterior, filled with 3 lbs/ft3 density insulation.
• Internally spring isolated structural steel fan base for housed airfoil, plenum or axial fans.
• Full line of 5/8” O.D. tube, ARI 410 certified coils manufactured at Ventrol and satisfying any heat transfer requirements.
• Built-in safety features according to UL 1995 standards for HVAC equipment.

Design Flexibility:

• Custom component design for complete arrangement flexibility with 1” increment variable aspect ratio and length.
• All cabinets can be custom-engineered to accommodate any material and gauge thickness.
• All units have no frame restriction, which allows us to meet your field requirements with L- and U-shaped units in plan and elevation, double and triple stacked, multiple tunnel units, vertical units and more.
• A variety of fan selections ensure peak efficiency and quiet performance.
• Outdoor units can include roof curbs, pipe chases and vestibules.
• Any unit can be shipped in one piece, in modules or in pieces for field assembly under factory supervision to meet both field and shipping requirements.
